Experience in Set Design, Lighting Design, Costume Design, and Props (Scroll Down)

I designed the set, costumes, and props for Look at Me by Anna Reynolds. This play was produced by Theatre Centre Company in London associated with Mercury Theatre in Colchester, England, September 2000. Look at Me travelled across the United Kingdom in small spaces in high schools. The design was made for travelling and to fit in any space. Set, props, and costumes were designed for quick scene changes.

Directors: Rosamund Hutt and Adrian Stokes

Performers: Lorraine Stanley, Richard Mansfield, Stuart Mullen and Tina Gambe

I designed the set, costumes, and props for the production, Oroonoko by ‘Biyi Bandele, adapted from Aphra Behn’s African Prince. It was performed by drama students at the Dennis Scott Studio Theatre in the School of Drama, Edna Manley College for the Visual and Performing Arts. In this design I used images from Benin, Yoruba and Ashanti cultures to create an “Africanesque” design.

I designed the set for the production of Wole Soyinka's Death and the King’s Horseman in 2008. This play was produced by ProArts Collective and performed at St Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

The set design was in the round with the focus on the textured floor, exits, and fly.
